AEREA’s manufacturing assets now include additive manufacturing capabilities in the form of electron beam melting (EBM) technology in titanium powder bed, as a result of a long process that has included nurturing the necessary engineering culture to make the most of this technology since project inception.
Additive technology represents significant advantages, such as in the development of specific components for our pneumatic ejector racks, since it allows at the same time the fulfillment of fluid-dynamic requirements and structural and geometric assembly needs.
In addition to the reduction of prototyping and manufacturing time, this technology is destined to characterize future aerospace product development.
