AEREA is specialized in the production of high precision,
complex mechanical parts and assemblies, also per third
parties’ design in terms of build-to-print and build-to-spec.
The flexibility of our production department in conjunction with the in-house availability of skilled engineering support and quality control personnel and tools capable of performing complex dimensional and functional checks, allows us to support the most critical production phases of our Customers’ projects, such as first production runs or optimization of production sequences, also for larger scale multi-year series productions for complex programs such as Eurofighter and F-35.
Constant investments maintain the higher technological level of our production departments and related management and planning systems, guaranteeing, in addition to the essential on-time and on-quality objectives, full compliance with security requirements vital in the Defense sector in which we are experienced (e.g. ITAR ).
All this translates into the ability to effectively manage our international supply base, from raw materials suppliers to specialists in special processes, so as to be able to meet with the highest quality all Customers’ expectations.
