M-346 PROGRAM
AEREA is involved in the M346 advanced trainer program
since its early stages.
DESCRIPTION
We successfully worked in close collaboration with
Leonardo’s Aircraft Division on the entire panoply of role
equipment required by the variants of the aircraft, including
the most recent Light Attack.
In particular, we developed and qualified two versions of PLDERU pneumatic ejector release units for either wing or fuselage pylon installation, and the ASRML missile rail launcher.

Lightness, reliability, and ease of use, are essential
prerequisites of similar systems of ours already field
proven on higher performance platforms, a knowledge
we transferred onto the M346, which also operates other
AEREA equipment, such as rocket and specialty pods.
For all this equipment, we also provide MRO&U, AGE, technical assistance, and Operator training.
